• Once you’ve selected your dream gown, our bridal consultants will delicately package it to prevent any damage. We use custom garment bags and acid-free tissue to protect the fine fabrics and embellishments.
• Try on your gown gently and avoid makeup or perfume until fittings. This will keep it in perfect condition.
• For storage before alterations, lay your dress flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use the provided garment bag and avoid hanging as the weight can stretch delicate fabrics over time.
• On your big day, have your bridal party assist you when stepping in and out of the gown. Be mindful of doorways, car doors, and anything that could snag the fabric. Bustles, trains, and veils also require extra caution.
