General Questions

Allow 2-3 months between purchase and wedding date. This leaves time for alterations and handling any issues. The first visit is to try different silhouettes and styles to see what suits your vision. Then you can make another appointment to actually purchase.

We normally allow 2-3 guests with the bride.

At Cindrella Bridals, we encourage brides to only take photographs of their favourite gowns. There will be an opportunity to take photos at the end of your appointment.

Facetime/Zoom/WhatsApp calls are allowed   

If you find your perfect wedding dress with us we require a 50% deposit at the point of ordering and then the remaining balance is due on when your gown is ready to be delivered. You can pay using any major credit or debit cards including, but not limited to, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. We also accept Gpay, Phone-pay and online transfers.

At Cindrella Bridal Studio, we offer a wide range of sizes to ensure every bride feels beautiful. Our gowns are available in sizes 0-20, including standard and plus sizes. In addition to numerical sizes, we can guide you to the best silhouette and style to flatter your body type. We offer A-line, ballgown, mermaid, sheath, and more flattering cuts so you feel confident. Please reach out with any questions or to book an appointment.

Yes, we have a gorgeous selection of ready-made and off-the-rack wedding gowns available for purchase at Cindrella Bridal Studio! Our ready-made collection includes a variety of styles, silhouettes, and fabrics to suit every bride. We carry dresses in the most popular wedding dress colours like white, ivory, and champagne. From romantic lace gowns to regal satin, ballgowns, we have something for every bridal style.

Please note that all final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. We also do not accept returns on gowns.

First and foremost, you never want to go without security protection on your computer. Free Anti-Virus has very low detection rates. Give us a call and we will be happy to inform you of the latest security software we recommend and sell to all our clients for Spyware, Malware and Virus protection.

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
